 Appointment information

It is our intention to provide the best service possible. We recommend booking your appointments to ensure your preferred time and services available. We aim to stay on schedule, so please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Let us know if you’re running late. We will do our best to accommodate you, however it may be necessary to reschedule. This will give your stylist plenty of time to rearrange his or her schedule.

Cancellations

We have a strict 24hr cancellation policy. Failure to alert us as of your cancellation will result in a 100% service fee!

Prices and promotions

Prices are subject to change and no offers can be combined.

Deposits

Extension and Bridal services all require a deposit fee upon appointment booking.
